Virna Rossi is a Senior Lecturer and Course Leader for Central Academic Services at Ravensbourne University London, with over two decades of teaching experience across primary to higher education. She holds a Master of Teaching (MTeach) and Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert) in education, and is recognized as a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (PFHEA), Fellow of SEDA (FSEDA), and National Teaching Fellow (NTF).
Her research focuses on inclusive learning design, threshold concepts, and equitable educational environments. She authored the book Inclusive Learning Design in Higher Education (Routledge, 2023) and developed a companion website at inclusivelearningdesign.com.
Recent publications highlight her work in collaborative teaching, AI integration in education, and pandemic pedagogy. She has led knowledge exchange projects with institutions such as SEDA, BIMM Music Institute, Aga Khan University, and Morley College, emphasizing cross-sector collaboration.
