Jenni Jones is a Professor in Coaching and Mentoring at the University of Wolverhampton Business School within the Faculty of Arts, Business and Social Sciences. Her career spans roles in human resources, organizational development, and academia, with expertise in learning, teaching, leadership, and diversity and inclusion. She leads the PGCert/MA in Coaching and Mentoring Programs and serves as the University lead for ILM Coaching and Mentoring programmes.

Her research focuses on coaching and mentoring in higher education and the public sector, diversity and inclusion for underrepresented groups, and organizational change. She has received awards for teaching innovation and work with the police force.
Recent publications analyze managerial coaching, HRD role perception, and student belongingness. She has conducted consultancy for government projects, NGOs, and private-sector organizations like NHS, Britvic, and Prudential.
