Dr. Virginie Jackson is an Assistant Professor of Literacy Education at the Bagwell College of Education, Kennesaw State University. Her work bridges early literacy development with culturally responsive pedagogy, focusing on preparing preservice teachers to address the needs of culturally and linguistically diverse students.
Dr. Jackson’s research emphasizes equitable classroom practices, literacy curriculum design, and anti-bias education. Her recent publications highlight intersections between digital literacy tools, critical race theory, and student-centered storytelling, with methodological approaches ranging from case studies to quantitative analyses.
