Virginie Francoeur is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematical and Industrial Engineering at Polytechnique Montréal, where she has taught since 2020. Her interdisciplinary research bridges organizational studies, environmental psychology, and sustainability science, with particular focus on eco-responsible behaviors in workplace settings. She holds a PhD in Management from Université Laval and completed a doctoral internship at the University of Valencia.
