Virginia Mantouvalou is Professor of Human Rights and Labour Law at UCL Faculty of Laws, specializing in structural injustice and workers' rights. Her research examines legal frameworks for vulnerable workers including migrants and domestic workers.
Research impact: Work cited by European Court of Human Rights and Constitutional Court of South Africa. Collaborates with NGOs including Kalayaan on migrant domestic worker rights. Authored 'Structural Injustice and Workers' Rights' (Oxford, 2023).
