Virginia Kukuła-Koch

Virginia Kukuła-Koch is a Professor at the Department of Pharmacognosy with the Medicinal Plant Garden, Faculty of Pharmacy, Medical University of Lublin. She holds PhD and DSc degrees. Her research focuses on pharmacognosy, medicinal plants, food analysis, and nutrition, with a strong emphasis on plant extracts, antioxidants, and analytical techniques like HPLC and mass spectrometry.
