Violeta Morari is a Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics at Munster Technological University (MTU). She holds a PhD from University College Cork (2002) and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA, 2024). Her teaching spans multiple engineering disciplines at undergraduate levels (MATH6014, MATH6005, etc.) and includes leadership roles in the Academic Learning Centre (ALC) and the Professional Diploma in Mathematics for Teachers.
Her research focuses on academic integrity, mathematics education, and digital learning resources. Key projects include SPIRIT Maths (targeted mathematics support), the Transposition Project (student anxiety and resource design), and Reach (mentoring initiatives). She actively contributes to national networks like the National Academic Integrity Network (NAIN) and the Adults Learning Mathematics (ALM) community.
