Vincent Perez is an Associate Professor of English at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) and an active member of the Alliance of Latino Faculty. His scholarship centers on U.S. Latina/o literary studies, Race and Ethnic Studies, and Hemispheric American Studies, with particular attention to how literary texts function as archives of cultural memory and counter-history.
