Vincent Gruis

Prof. Vincent Gruis serves as Professor of Housing Management at the Department of Management in the Built Environment within the Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment at Delft University of Technology. With over 25 years of experience since joining TU Delft in 1996, he has established himself as a leading authority in housing management research and practice, focusing on how property managers and developers can adapt to societal challenges through innovative organizational strategies.

Prof. Gruis completed his PhD in 2001 with the thesis 'Financial-economic fundamentals for housing associations.' His academic journey has centered on bridging business administration principles with practical housing management applications, emphasizing the translation of research into generally applicable concepts for the housing sector.
