Vincent Boudreau is Professor of Political Science at City College of New York and current President of CCNY. His research examines state-society conflict in Southeast Asia, particularly protest movements under authoritarian regimes.
Education includes Ph.D. from Cornell University (1991). Authored books analyze repression strategies in Burma, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Previously served as dean of Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership.
Research interests include comparative analysis of dictatorship resistance, social movement organization, and political methodology.
