Andrea Vignali is an Associate Professor of General Surgery at Vita-Salute San Raffaele University, affiliated with the Scientific Institute S. Raffaele. He leads the IBD Disease Unit and specializes in colorectal surgery, minimally invasive techniques, and postoperative recovery protocols. Trained at Milan University (MD 1989, specialization 1994), he held fellowships at the Cleveland Clinic and Barcelona’s Hospital Arnau de Vilanova.
