Dr Vidya Sagar Athota is an Associate Professor and Discipline Coordinator of Management, HR, and Sports & Recreation Management at the School of Business, University of Notre Dame Australia, where he has taught since 2007. Holding a PhD from the University of New South Wales, he has earned recognition through the Vice Chancellor's Award for Initiatives that Enhance Student Learning and the 2022 Australian Business Deans Council Award.
His educational foundation spans India and the USA, culminating in a UNSW doctorate. Research expertise centers on Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Artificial Intelligence integration in workplaces, Workplace Ethics, Employee Well-being, and Leadership dynamics, with emphasis on psychological principles enhancing organizational effectiveness.
