Vidya Badrinarayanan

Dr. Vidya Badrinarayanan serves as a Lecturer in the Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering Cluster at the School of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. She joined NTU on August 1, 2024, and has taught postgraduate courses for nine years while leveraging extensive industry experience.

Her academic qualifications include:

• PhD from Nanyang Technological University
• Double Master’s degree in Systems Engineering and Project Management (NTU Singapore and Stevens Institute of Technology, USA)
• Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership (joint program by MIT, Tuck, and Columbia Business Schools)
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Madras, India

Her research spans Systems Engineering, Leadership, Team Development, Project Management, Business and Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Education and Pedagogy, Educational Management and Leadership, and Information Sciences and Systems.
