Victoria Terry

Professor Victoria Terry is a faculty member at the School of Nursing and Midwifery, University of Southern Queensland. She holds the position of Professor (Nursing) and serves as Associate Head Clinical Education, with over two decades of experience in clinical and academic education.

Her research focuses on nursing workforce issues, with over 80% of her publications appearing in top quartile journals. She has secured more than $250K in research grants, including recent funding to study nurse resilience in rural Queensland's South West Hospital and Health Services.

Victoria actively supervises research students in nursing and contributes to clinical education across all Clinical Courses in the BNSG program. Her work is affiliated with the National Network of Clinical Coordinators, National Rural Health Alliance, and Queensland Nurses Union.
