Victoria Ronan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the Medical College of Wisconsin, specializing in Critical Care. She holds board certifications in General Pediatrics and Critical Care Medicine. Her research focuses on the gut microbiome's role in neurocritical illness, pediatric critical care, and neurodevelopmental outcomes. Ronan completed her MBBS at the University of Limerick and postgraduate training in Pediatrics and Critical Care at institutions including Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and the University of Chicago. She has authored studies on microbiome dynamics in childhood development and Alzheimer’s-related antibody therapies. Key honors include the Bright Futures Scholar and First Class Honors in Pediatrics. She leads grants such as the 'Gut Microbiome in Neurocritical Illness' and serves on committees including the Pediatric Neurocritical Care Research Group’s Outcomes Group and DEI Subcommittee.
