Victoria McCrady

Victoria McCrady is an Assistant Professor of Instruction in the Department of Organizations, Strategy and International Management at the Jindal School of Management, University of Texas at Dallas. She holds a BA from Texas Christian University (1995) and an MA from Texas A&M University (2001). Her research focuses on student perceptions of role models, growth mindset in writing, scenario-based teaching (Project Based Learning), and enhancing online engagement in self-paced tutorials.

She teaches courses such as 3100 Professional Development, BCOM 3310/3311 Business Communications, and BCOM 4350 Advanced Business Communications. McCrady is affiliated with the Association of Business Communication (ABC) and the Society for Technical Communication (STC).
