Victoria Baptiste

Victoria Baptiste (she/her) is a licensed psychologist (PSY 32587) and full-time faculty member at Dominican University, where she serves as Assistant Professor in the Department of Counseling Psychology within the School of Health and Natural Sciences. She is also the owner/founder of Mosaic Psychotherapy Center.

• BA in English and Psychology from Middlebury College

Dr. Baptiste's work centers on equity, inclusion, and the psychological impact of intersecting identities in marginalized populations. Her clinical and research focus spans BIPOC communities, refugees, asylum-seekers, torture survivors, individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, adults with HIV/AIDS, justice-involved youth, mental health court diversion participants, and people with serious mental illness.

As a passionate educator and mentor, she trains future mental health providers in inclusive, evidence-based practices. Her professional commitment includes addressing systemic barriers through direct service, advocacy, and community engagement.
