Victor Kutsenok

Dr. Victor Kutsenok is a Full Professor and Mathematics Courses Coordinator at the University of Saint Francis's Science Division. With 44 years of teaching experience across Ukraine, Russia, and the U.S., he specializes in interactive pedagogy, integrating Vygotsky's ZPD theory and Socratic methods.
