Dr Vicky Comino is a Senior Lecturer at the TC Beirne School of Law, The University of Queensland, and an Affiliate of the Australian Centre for Private Law. Her research focuses on corporate law and the regulation of corporate misconduct, particularly examining ASIC's regulatory effectiveness and cultural shifts in financial institutions. She holds degrees from UQ (BA, LLB (Hons), LLM, PhD) and is a recipient of the Liberty Fellowship (2018).
