Vickie Lake is a Professor and Associate Dean at the Jeanine Rainbolt College of Education-Tulsa, University of Oklahoma. She holds expertise in teacher education, service-learning, and supporting Dual Language Learners. Her roles include coordinating doctoral programs and teaching graduate courses like qualitative research methods, critical pedagogy, and curriculum theory, alongside undergraduate courses in early childhood mathematics and family engagement.
Her research focuses on service-learning, math/science teacher preparation, and translational technology for dual language learners. She has published two books and articles in journals such as Teacher Education Quarterly, Teaching and Teacher Education, and Journal of Research in Childhood Education.
