Vicki Aaberg is a Professor of Nursing at Seattle Pacific University's School of Health Sciences. With extensive clinical experience in maternal-newborn nursing across hospital, clinic, and home-care settings, she transitioned to academia after recognizing a passion for mentoring and teaching. Her current roles include instructing courses in maternal-newborn nursing, human sexuality, and nursing-specific pedagogy.

Dr. Aaberg's research focuses on improving inclusivity in healthcare through analysis of implicit bias toward disability. She emphasizes student engagement and challenges learners to integrate faith with professional excellence.
