Veronika Job Sutnar is a Professor in the Department of Occupational, Economic and Social Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology. Her research focuses on self-regulation mechanisms, mindset theory, and educational psychology. She has led two major research projects: 'Der Einfluss inhibitorischer Stärke auf Selbstkontrolle' (2022–2024) and 'Strong agents, not weak victims' (2022–2025), both addressing self-control and identity reframing. Her work contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals related to quality education and well-being.
