Veronica Vecchi is Professor of Practice of Business Government Relations at SDA Bocconi School of Management and teaches at Università Bocconi. She holds multiple leadership roles including Director of Research, Innovation and International Programs for Government & Society, and directs several research labs including the Impact Investing Lab and MASAN Observatory.
Her research examines:
- Public-private partnerships for infrastructure development
- Project finance and impact investment strategies
- Business-government relations and public value creation
- Healthcare procurement and financial management
Her recent publications focus on healthcare procurement efficiency, PPP implementation frameworks, and public investment leadership, consistently addressing innovation in public sector management.
She has consulted for major international institutions including the World Bank, African Development Bank, and served on boards of Italgas, Nhoa, and Infrastrutture Milano-Cortina 2026. She earned her Ph.D. in Public Administration from Università di Parma following a degree in Public Administration from Bocconi University.
