Veronica Vecchi is a Professor of Practice of Business-Government Relations at SDA Bocconi School of Management and Università Bocconi. She has held multiple leadership roles since 2005, including directing executive programs, the Impact Investing Lab, and the MASAN Observatory focused on healthcare procurement. Her expertise spans public management, infrastructure finance, and social innovation.

- Degree in Public Administration and International Institutions (Università Bocconi)
Her research focuses on public-private partnerships (PPPs), project finance, impact investment, and public procurement. She emphasizes sustainable and innovative collaboration models between public and private sectors, particularly in infrastructure and healthcare.
Recent publications explore operational frameworks for PPPs, value creation in healthcare procurement, and leadership requirements for public investments. These works address challenges in implementing sustainable partnerships and optimizing public resource allocation.
Vecchi has served on advisory boards for the World Bank, African Development Bank, and the G20 Global Infrastructure Hub, alongside board memberships in major Italian companies. She actively contributes to institutional reforms in Italy’s Treasury and Infrastructure Ministries.
