Veronica Tibiletti

Veronica Tibiletti is a Full Professor of Business Economics at the Department of Economics and Business Sciences (SEA), University of Parma. She also serves as President of the Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor. Her academic career is rooted in the Faculty of Economics, where she earned her degree and PhD.

Her research focuses on corporate governance, financial reporting, social responsibility, and the adoption of sustainable business models. She contributes to the "Gino Zappa" Business Research Area and has participated in national research projects like PRIN.

Recent publications highlight trends in governance of cultural events, gender quotas in corporate boards, and benefit corporation frameworks. Her work bridges theoretical analysis with practical applications in accounting, sustainability, and organizational ethics.

As a dedicated educator, she teaches courses on Business Economics, Governance, and Financial Reporting to undergraduate and graduate students. She is actively involved in professional societies, including the Italian Society of Accounting and Business Economics Teachers (SIDREA) and the Italian Academy of Business Economics (AIDEA).
