Veronica Rappoport

Veronica Rappoport is Associate Professor of Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science, with additional affiliations as Research Fellow at the Center for Economics Performance (CEP) and Center for Economic Policy Research (CEPR). Her research examines how firms participate in global markets through credit usage, innovation strategies, and internationalization patterns.

Rappoport's research interests include international trade dynamics, firm-level investment decisions, credit allocation mechanisms in global markets, and multinational corporate strategies. She investigates how financial constraints impact trade patterns and how firms navigate international economic environments.

Her publications focus on credit-trade relationships, bank lending specialization, and matching patterns in corporate acquisitions. Recent work examines how trade shocks trigger credit reallocation and how banks specialize in export financing.
