Veronica Maier

Veronica Maier is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Electric Power Systems and Management at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, a position she has held since 2016. She actively contributes to the Association for Entrepreneurship Education, advancing entrepreneurship education development across Romania through international collaborations and curriculum initiatives.

Her research spans Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, Intrapreneurship, Organizational Culture, Marketing, Sustainability, and Green Energy. International experiences—including a 6-month research mobility at the University of Vienna, a 2018 Fulbright Scholarship at the University of Rochester's AIN Center for Entrepreneurship, and the 2023 Babson College Symposium—have profoundly shaped her interdisciplinary approach to corporate innovation and social entrepreneurship within energy systems.
