Veronica Casarin

Veronica Casarin is an Associate Professor of Accounting and Management Control at ESSEC Business School (France). She holds a PhD in Business Studies from Cardiff University (2016) and an MPhil in Accounting from the London School of Economics (2011). Her research focuses on the role of management control systems in innovation networks and digital platforms, particularly in pharmaceutical R&D and aviation sectors, alongside ethical considerations in control system design. She investigates how performance measurement impacts employee health and organizational stress, contributing to journals like Accounting, Organizations and Society and Journal of Business Ethics.
