Dr. Verena Walpurger is a Senior Lecturer and member of the Faculty Council at the Faculty of Psychology, FernUniversität in Hagen. She specializes in Social Psychology with expertise in teaching introductory psychology modules and cultural diversity topics. Her academic career includes roles as a mentor, research associate, and therapist for children/adolescents.
Education: Holds a Dr. rer. nat. (2004) and diploma in Psychology (2001) from Heinrich Heine University, Düsseldorf. Her doctoral work focused on hormonal influences on brain activity. Professional qualifications include certifications in E-Teaching (2018) and Professional Teaching Competence (2018).
