Verena Perna

Mag.a Verena Perna is a School Development Consultant at the Institute for Further Education and School Development within the Upper Austrian University of Education. Her work focuses on advising schools in development processes, coordinating QMS training courses, and teaching quality management, educational leadership, and classroom conflict management in higher education programs.

Research interests span school development, quality management systems, organizational design, teacher induction, and conflict resolution strategies. Her publications address collaborative school development models (Q-SK) and teacher onboarding as systemic challenges.

Current activities include leading school development teams, coordinating regional training programs, and serving as an appointed member of the QMS network for PH teachers (BMBWF). She also participates in the extended board of BundesARGE SEB and is an associate member of the EOS organizational development association.
