Velizar Kirilov is a Researcher in the Department of Law at the European University Institute (EUI), where he investigates the intersection of competition law, intellectual property, and sectoral regulation in the pharmaceutical industry. His work spans innovation theory, technology regulation, and law and life sciences. He holds an LL.M. in Comparative, European, and International Laws from the EUI and a Master’s degree in Law from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
