Veikko Halonen is a researcher at the University of Oulu's Biomimetics and Intelligent Systems Group within the Faculty of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering. He holds a PhD in Philosophy (1992) and has served as a docent in theoretical physics since 1997. His career spans academia, industry, and interdisciplinary research.
