Vanisha Sukdeo is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Social Science, York University, and an Adjunct Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School. Her research focuses on the intersection of corporate law and labour & employment law, emphasizing workers' rights, corporate governance, and the role of soft law and ethics in legal frameworks.

Research Interests: Vanisha explores the evolution of workers' rights, corporate governance, and ethical decision-making in legal and business contexts. Her work critically analyzes the impact of soft law mechanisms, such as corporate codes of conduct, on regulating inequality and enforcing human rights due diligence.
