Vanessa Knapp

Vanessa Knapp is a Professor at Brunel Law School, part of the College of Business, Arts and Social Sciences at Brunel University London. She also serves as a visiting professor at Queen Mary University of London and lectures in company law and corporate governance at University College London.

Her expertise lies in corporate law and governance, with significant contributions to European Union law and financial regulation. She has held leadership roles, including chair of the company law committee of the Council of the Bars and Law Societies of the European Union (CCBE) and former chairman of the City of London Law Society Company Law Committee.
