Valeriy Rybalkin

Valeriy Rybalkin is a Professor at the Department of Languages and Literatures of Near and Middle East at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. His career spans over four decades, including part-time roles at multiple Ukrainian institutions and a Fulbright Visiting Professorship at the University of Michigan (2002–2003). He is a leading scholar in Arabic linguistics, Qur'ānic studies, and cross-cultural communication.
