Valentina Simeunović is a PhD student in the Molecular Biology program at the Faculty of Biology, University of Belgrade, specializing in the Animal and Human Physiology module. She works as a Researcher at the Institute for Biological Research 'Siniša Stanković' (IBISS), focusing on the Laboratory for Molecular Neurobiology and Behavior. Her research examines the effects of nutritional regimes (dietary restriction, fermented food) on behavioral and molecular brain changes during aging, alongside their impact on reproductive systems in both sexes. She is affiliated with international networks like COST, FENS, and the Neuroscience Society of Serbia.
