Valentina Mereu

Valentina Mereu is a researcher at the CMCC Foundation's Impacts on Agriculture, Forests and Ecosystem Services Division within the Institute for Climate Resilience. Her work focuses on climate change adaptation in agricultural systems using modeling tools and land suitability analysis.

Mereu has co-supervised multiple degree and doctoral theses and organized educational initiatives like the CLIMAFRICA summer school on climate change impacts. She is an active member of international scientific societies including the American Geophysical Union and the Italian Society for Climate Sciences.
