Usame Yakutcan is a Lecturer in Operational Research at the Hertfordshire Business School, University of Hertfordshire. He holds a PhD in Operational Research, alongside a BSc in Industrial Engineering and an MSc in Engineering Management. As a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), he specializes in healthcare modeling, discrete event simulation, and decision support systems.
