Ulrich Lehner is a William K. Warren Professor of Theology at the University of Notre Dame (since 2019), following academic roles at Marquette University (2006-2019). A distinguished historian and theologian, he specializes in Enlightenment studies, German/early modern history, and religious history. His affiliations include the Academy of Europe (Foreign Member, History & Archaeology) and the European Academy of Sciences and Arts.
