Ubaldo Villani-Lubelli

Ubaldo Villani-Lubelli is a Researcher at the Law Department of the University of Salento (Italy), with a Ph.D. in historical disciplines from the University of Lecce (Italy) and the University of Cologne (Germany). He holds a Habilitation as Professor (Professore Associato, ASN 2018-2024) in History of Political Doctrines and Political Institutions. His research focuses on the European Integration Process and German political history in the 20th century, including projects on democracy and nationhood in Germany from the Weimar Republic to the Berlin Republic, as well as the democratization of the European Union.
