Prof. Dr. Tülay EKEMEN KESKİN is a Full Professor at the Civil Engineering Department of Karabük Üniversitesi. She holds a Ph.D. in Geological Engineering (2006) from Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi. Her academic journey spans over 24 years, starting as a Research Assistant (2000–2007), progressing to Assistant Professor (2007–2015), and Associate Professor (2015–2020) roles before her current rank. She has held leadership positions such as Head of Department and Deputy Head of Department at Karabük Üniversitesi.

She has authored over 54 publications, including studies on Lake Konarı’s dynamics and drought patterns in Libya. Her projects involve innovative approaches to underground dams, flood discharge estimation, and arsenic contamination in Kaman (Kırşehir). She has supervised 13 graduate students, contributing to environmental and civil engineering research.
