Typhaine Lebegue serves as a Lecturer in Management Sciences at the University of Tours' School of Management (IAE Tours). She is Authorized to Direct Research (HDR) and currently heads the Master 2 Strategic Management of Human Resources (continuing education) and Master 1 HR & Inclusion programs. Additionally, she co-leads the Strategic Management of People and Projects research axis within the VALLOREM laboratory (UR 6296).
Her research spans Human Resources Management, Strategic Management, Organizational Dynamics, Change Management, Innovation, and SME development. She investigates new methodologies for business creation and growth, as well as creativity in organizational contexts.
Dr. Lebegue teaches diverse courses including Recruitment, International HR Management, Organizational Dynamics, and Change Management. She also directs the HR research seminar and contributes to the VALLOREM laboratory's mission in advancing management research in the Val de Loire region.
