Annabelle Hulin is a University Professor of Management Sciences at the University of Tours, affiliated with the Business School (IAE Tours).
Her current roles include:
- Deputy Director of the VALLOREM research laboratory (UR 6296)
- Co-head of the Chair of Inclusion at Work and Management
- Head of the Master 2 program in HR & Inclusion and the DU QVCT & Inclusion
Her research focuses on Management Sciences, with particular emphasis on Human Resource Management, Workplace Inclusion, and Diversity Management. She investigates the integration of inclusive practices in organizational management to enhance workplace diversity and improve employee well-being through theoretical frameworks and industry applications.
As Deputy Director of the VALLOREM laboratory, she contributes to regional Management research initiatives in the Val de Loire area. Her co-leadership of the Chair of Inclusion at Work and Management facilitates strategic partnerships with corporate entities to develop evidence-based inclusive workplace policies and practices.
