Tuğçe ATASAYAR

Tuğçe ATASAYAR is a Lecturer in the Department of Midwifery at Antalya Bilim University. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Akdeniz University's School of Health (2011), a Master's in Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing from Akdeniz University's Institute of Health Sciences (2021), and is pursuing a doctoral degree in the same field (since 2022). Her research focuses on reproductive health, particularly men's perceptions of infertility and treatment experiences.

Professional experience includes roles as an IVF Clinic Coordinator at Private Gelecek IVF Center (2010–2012) and Private Antalya Anadolu Hospital IVF Center (2012–2016, 2017–2021), and as a Vocational Teacher at Antalya Anadolu Hospital Anatolian Health Vocational High School (2016–2017). She joined Antalya Bilim University as a Lecturer in 2021.

Her academic work emphasizes patient-centered care in obstetrics and gynecology, with a focus on improving healthcare practices through qualitative research on fertility treatment experiences.
