Dr Tunde Ogowewo is a Senior Lecturer at King's College London's Dickson Poon School of Law, with concurrent roles as Joint Global Hauser Professor at NYU Law School and Visiting Professor at the National University of Singapore. Specializing in UK takeover law and Nigerian legal systems, his expertise is judicially cited in high-profile cases like Meridien Sas [2012] and Re Intercontinental Bank [2011]. He holds advanced degrees from LSE and King's College London. Research focuses on M&A regulation, corporate finance law, and Nigerian legal frameworks. His work has informed UK government bodies and international organizations, including the Commonwealth Secretariat.
