Tulio Sulbaran

Tulio Sulbaran, Ph.D. is a Professor in the Civil and Environmental Engineering and Construction Management department at the University of Texas at San Antonio, part of the Margie and Bill Klesse College of Engineering and Integrated Design. His academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering with a focus on Construction Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta.
