José Weissmann

José Weissmann is a Professor in the Civil and Environmental Engineering and Construction Management department at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), affiliated with the Margie and Bill Klesse College of Engineering and Integrated Design. Holding a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and M.S./B.S. degrees from the University of Sao Paulo, he focuses on transportation engineering and infrastructure management.
