Trude Hella Eide

Trude Hella Eide is a Senior Lecturer and Center Manager at the Competence Center for Public Innovation (KOI) at the University of Inland Norway. Affiliated with the Department of Organization, Management and Governance under the Innlandet School of Business – Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences, she specializes in organizational learning, diversity, gender equality, and entrepreneurial education methods.

Education:

• Social Anthropology degree from NTNU (1995)
• Additional studies in Political Science, History, and Religious Studies

Her research focuses on organizational learning processes, diversity and equality in public sectors, and student learning through entrepreneurial approaches. She has extensive experience with qualitative methodologies, process management, and EU-funded projects like the Erasmus+ Innovation Cluster for Entrepreneurship Education (ICEE).

Recent publications highlight themes of immigration integration, cultural development in regional communities, and pedagogical challenges. Her work spans collaborations with European institutions and Norwegian municipalities.

External engagements include board membership at the Norwegian Literature Festival and leadership roles in Amnesty International and Nansen Peace Center.
