Dr. Troy Nagle is a Distinguished Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at North Carolina State University (NC State). He holds an M.D. from the University of Miami (1981) and multiple degrees in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University and the University of Alabama. His research focuses on biomedical sensors, medical devices, and machine olfaction. He has authored influential books like Handbook of Machine Olfaction and contributed to IEEE standards development.
