Troy Andrade

Troy J.H. Andrade is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Law and Interim Director of the Ulu Lehua Scholars Program at the University of Hawaiʻi's William S. Richardson School of Law. His legal career includes clerkship with Hawaiʻi Supreme Court Chief Justice Mark E. Recktenwald and civil litigation practice.

Scholarship & Service

Research focuses on Native Hawaiian political-legal history, particularly the Office of Hawaiian Affairs. Serves as co-chair of the Hawaiʻi State Bar Association's Civic Education Committee and on the Judiciary History Center Executive Board.
