Troy J.H. Andrade is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Law and Interim Director of the Ulu Lehua Scholars Program at the University of Hawaiʻi's William S. Richardson School of Law. His legal career includes clerkship with Hawaiʻi Supreme Court Chief Justice Mark E. Recktenwald and civil litigation practice.
